* You undertake by using this site in any manner that you, which expression here includes anyone acting as your agent, will only use it in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this section and you shall accept sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws and regulations that apply in your own country and in Europe, from where ZeroFeeRealEstate.com operates it's worldwide advertising portal.

Unless renewed at any then prevailing rate, after one year it will automatically be removed.

* The Management of this site retains the sole right to accept or decline material submitted as suitable or unsuitable without grounds for redress from the advertising individual/business or its representatives or appointees. In the event that any payment has been received, the maximum recompense available under any circumstances to any individual or business in the event of default by the owners/Management of this site shall be an agreed amount up to but not exceeding the amount paid to us by said advertiser. No pro rata or partial refunds of any annual payments shall be refundable in the event the advertising service is no longer required for any reason, or because we have deemed it as unacceptable in its content. Nor shall refunds be provided to advertisers submitting material for publication that is unsuitable or outside the parameters for which this site has been designed, as already described by its content.

* Person or company submitting any advertising material, accepts full exclusive responsibility for ensuring that the quality of any images and accuracy of text submitted is satisfactory for use on this site. We take no responsibility for any errors or omissions.

* All users of this site agree to be bound under the sole jurisdiction of the Spanish legal system including where necessary its Courts, to adjudicate in the event of any litigious dispute that may arise in connection either directly and/or indirectly from the use of this website and/or its Policy Terms and Conditions.
